SEVEN MONTHS OLD
This month was a big one! On Feb 13th, Cal cut his first tooth through the gums and pulled himself up in his crib for the first time. A second tooth came through a few days later and he became an expert at crawling forward. Once he learned how to pull up, sitting was no longer good enough. He now spends all of his time pulling up on everything he can find and cruising around the furniture. We also had our first illness - a cold that turned into a double ear infection and pink eye. We're all better after a round of eyedrops and antibiotics. Cal is ready to hit the road again!

SEVENTH MONTH ADVENTURES
Cal's seventh month was an exciting one. He is getting more and more mobile including actively crawling and starting to pull up and cruise around the house. Now that he can sit up without assistance, he is enjoying bathtime more. We also took a trip to Houston to meet mom's friends John & Ashley Neslage's new baby Claire (4 weeks old). While we were there, we went to a party with a petting zoo which Cal thought was awesome. Fun month!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY COUSIN Q!
In mid-February we traveled to OKC to attend Cal's cousin Russell IV's ("Q") first birthday party. Cal was a pretty good traveler and had a great time at the party. We think he & Q will be great buddies as they grow up.
