MORE HALLOWEEN PHOTOS
Because it only comes once a year and this costume won't fit next year (although you may see it on Baby #2).

HALLOWEEN!!
This year Cal dressed as Tigger for his school's Halloween carnival and trick or treating. He really enjoyed the carnival but ignored most of the games in favor of running full speed through the party. Uncle Jeff and Aunt Kandice joined us for trick or treating. Cal loved seeing all the kids at the door and tried to leave with each group as they left. Next year he should be raring to go!

OUR PUMPKIN IN THE PATCH
We made our first trip to the Pumpkin Patch this year. We were promptly ejected when Cal mistook the pumpkins for balls and began hurling them across the yard. No eyes were put out so we weren't sure what all the fuss was about.

HANGING ROUND THE HOUSE
Here's a few photos of Cal just hanging around the house at 15 months old. He is obsessed with balls and goes around looking for all different types of balls to throw to mom, dad and Charlie. He has quite a few words now including momma (new this month!), dadda, ball, go, yeah, no, and doggy. He is learning sign language and learned "more" this month - usually used to tell us he is hungry. He is usually very happy and energetic but got a little down this month when all 4 molars decided to come in at the same time. In the midst of that trauma, he got a bad cold which morphed into a sinus infection which also brought Cal down. He is feeling much better with antibiotics and seems to be getting back to his old self. As you can see from the photos, dad recommended a shot of Jack Daniels for the pain. Thank God the lid was still on the bottle when Cal found it in the recycling bin.

FALL IS HERE!
Fall has finally arrived in Central Texas. And that means 2 things: 1) working in the yard and 2) cold weather. Cal liked the former, especially when it meant hanging out in his red wagon with dad in his matching shirt. He did NOT like the second idea when it meant he had to wear a coat to school. Lucky Nana Claire just sent us one! I'm sure he'll get used to it.

MORE FOOTBALL...
For those who just can't get enough. This clip looks more like a special teams player.

FOOTBALL SATURDAY
Cal loves watching football with dad. Rumor has it he wants to be a quarterback. Click on the video for live action footage.

DOUBLE TROUBLE!
Cal taught Russell how to stand on the coffee table. Russell taught Cal that Halloween costumes are evil. Let's hope their attitudes change by the big day....

FUN WITH THE WATER HOSE
Cal and Russell had a blast playing with the hose after they finished in the sandbox. Russell loves to pretend he's a dog and "lick" up the puddles...yummy.

VISIT WITH COUSIN RUSSELL
Following our annual Tx-OU weekend tradition, the family spent the weekend in Dallas for the big football game. This year Grama elected to skip the game and stay home with the 2 boys for the day. Looks like fun was had by all. This weekend capped off mom and dad's 8 day trip to France for a wedding and vacation. Grama and Grampy babysat Cal in Austin for the week - clearly they have put their time in!
