8 MONTHS

Cal celebrated his 8 month birthday by playing in the bluebonnets. What a beautiful time of year in Austin, Texas! Cal doesn't like playing in the grass yet but enjoys hanging out while mom and dad hold him.

What seven month old hasn't met Bevo? Cal has and he's a huge fan!

CRUISING

Cal started pulling himself up in his crib on February 13 - 6 1/2 months! Once he figured out how, he was off and running. Sitting and crawling are no longer good enough. he cruises the entire houses and climbs everything in sight.

CHOMPERS

Cal's two bottom teeth are in and he loves them. Unfortunately, the best way to see them right now is when he is crying or frowning. He likes to feel his teeth by sticking his tongue out over them. This week he started babbling a LOT - it mostly sounds like "yah yah yah yah yah." We're sure "mama" is next!
